RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We hope you are excited about your hair!

In case you are unsatisfied with anything, we are here to help. Understandably, due to hygiene issues and the custom nature of our products, we will consider exchanges only for faulty products; i.e hair bundles, closures and frontals (where the excess lace hasn’t been cut). Exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging in order to be considered.

To process an exchange, you must contact us within five days of receipt of your order. You will be responsible for return shipping and a small restocking fee (on a case by case basis).

All wigs are final sale. However, on a case by case basis, we’ll work with you to resolve any issues you might be experiencing with your unit. Please contact us for further support.
